Haworth Art Gallery

Haworth Art Gallery is Lancashire’s finest house and garden designed in the Arts & Crafts style.

The building is teaming with beautiful details inspired by nature and made with a love of materials and craftsmanship. Set on a dramatic hillside, the house still retains a homely-feel providing an intimate setting for paintings and decorative art objects. The house was born out of the successful weaving industry in the area and features a collection of American Tiffany glass gifted by local lad Joseph Briggs whose education was based in Accrington’s printed textiles and became President of Louis C. Tiffany Studios Corporation.
