Please note all free visits have now been offered to schools and we are currently delivering these during October across seven venues. We will update with a summary about what we achieved in November. If you would like to work with us on other funded opportunities please get in touch.
We’re pleased to announce we are offering FREE visits for KS2 pupils to BTB25. Pupils will see the Biennial work on display at a participating venue and take inspiration from the exhibition to create their very own piece in an artist led workshop!
All visits will take place during October 2025, please register your school’s interest by 6th June 2025 by contacting Elaine.lees@blackburn.gov.uk specifying your preferred Biennial venue to visit from. We will then contact you with further details.

Please note: Your school should be within one of the six districts of Pennine Lancashire – Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley or Rossendale. We would particularly welcome interest from primary schools in Burnley or Pendle as these areas have been underrepresented in previous years.
